This time it was the pharmacy staff that went way above any expectations I could ever have. I lost my prescription insurance so... I signed up for Good RX and it said that Coborns at Pinecone Rd accepted this insurance. I get there to pick up my prescriptionsonly to find out they do not accept Good RX. The pharmacy lady told me the price of my medications and I knew that I wouldn't beable to pay. She informed me of a comparable program that they had. At no cost. Nice store that is laid out well. Also very clean. Has great deli and produce sections and a nice lunch counter.

The prices are super high this is the only chain grocery store in the St Cloud area at monopolizes the entire area chases away... any other grocery store such as cover Hy-Vee out of the area so in order to be given a choice you have to drive an hour and ahalf or hour to go to a different chain store. Not to mention the lack of customer service the high prices rude customers theyliterally are a dollar to two dollars more per item than target groceries so I would rather shop at target plus it?s a localMinnesota brand not that this store isn?t but I want to get the most for my money including customer service my last experiencein the store a couple weeks ago I told in assistant manager who placated me instead of helping the situation that I would neverbe back and I would leave my opinion of the store in review if I was given a chance I was helping a elderly lady that I helpedtake care of shop and they wanted to charge her three times the price to cut up a vegetable and take advantage of her disabilityand I explained that I didn?t expect for service for free but that was highway robbery and taking a vantage of someone?sdisability instead of getting a manager or a store Director he just kept saying he was sorry that was star policy and then someshopper ignited the whole situation and he thanked her instead of D escalating the situation I will never shop at the storeagain I will get my vegetables from the farmers market I will go to target I will drive to the cities I will go everywhere buthere I will go to fresh thyme I will go to Aldi?s but I will never step foot in that Coburns or a Cash Wise ever again theirprices are high and the service is minimal I will say that the store Director in the Sauk Rapids store has doing a wonderful jobbut I don?t like how they monopolize Colburns that is the St Cloud area how they bought out cub and chased them out and thepeople are not given a choice to grocery shop at a cub a Hy-Vee or anything else without traveling a dist Read more
Beautiful and easy-to-navigate remodel, I?m hoping the other stores in the area follow suit. The selection is standard for... pretty much any Coborn?s or Cash Wise, but being those are excellent, that?s just fine. I also really appreciate the upscaleFour Brothers store brand that they?ve introduced recently, I?d recommend checking out those options when they?re available. Myone complaint is that the sushi here is not nearly as well made as the sushi at other locations, but everything else lives up toexpectations. Read more
