Got one of there sandwiches for lunch and within a few hours was puking it up eat at your own risk
I never expected to open up my sandwich and have flashbacks to 7th grade lunch time. My $10 sandwich legitimately looked like... something you?d expect from a elementary school. There was a couple of thin slices of meat, complete with a spatter of lettuceand barely enough sauce to consider it a topping (see photo). What a joke. I live in sartell and I go here a lot. I have never had a bad experience until 9/20/2020. I came around lunch time through the... drive through and a young women took my order for the flash sandwich. I pulled up and paid. Then when I got home I opened mysandwich the the quality of it was horrible. It was smothered like they were struggling to cut it and it did not taste the best.Then later that night I went back with some friends to give it a second chance. I ordered $55 dollars worth of food. My orderwas not correct and the boys who were in there cared more about talking then focusing on the food being made. Littlefrustrating, I love to support our locals businesses. But I am just plain frustrated with this location. I tried to reach outvia phone to just let a manager know. No one picks up. Read more
This Erb's & Gerb's is located inside the Holiday Express gas station, and has a drive thru. The employees at this location are... always very pleasant and helpful, even with my many adjustments and requests. Their full menu is available, along with many soupoptions which change daily. They do share a sodapop dispenser with Holiday which has a good variety of options, and they have asmall dining area for guests to enjoy their meals in. There is also an outdoor seating area, for the less frigid months of theyear ????. Located right on a walking path, near 2 parks, very convenient! *EDIT: I just want to say that the first severaltimes I went here we're fantastic. Everything was accurate and delicious. I'm not sure why, but the last four times I have beenhere either something was missing or was not at all what I ordered. This last time for my son I ordered a half Jacob Bluefingerwith mac and cheese, instead I got a turkey, lettuce, tomato sandwich with no avocado and no provolone cheese. I ordered a fullNarmer sandwich with the avocado and mayo on the side, I got about six packets of mayo but no avocado on the side. I ordered anEruptor with the meat and sauce on the side (so I could eat it later) and no onion. The Eruptor was accurate, but neither of theother sandwiches were correct. I rather enjoy that the location opened up right next to my apartment!! I just hope that theemployees get more accurate with the fulfillment of requests. It is clearly printed on my receipt. I absolutely love this place. The "guts" are the best part of the sandwich! There was a mix up in my order and they were very... quick to fix it and were apologetic as well. I also got a coupon for a free sandwich because it was such a big mistake but Ialso work in customer service and understand things happen. I was in no rush so didn't mind waiting and left very satisfied. Read more
1st time visiting this location. Staff was friendly and food was great. Order wasn't completely accurate as sandwich was missing... mayo. Also be aware that if you order turkey you will get smoked turkey. At least this particular sandwich didn't say in thedescription that the turkey was smoked. Read more
