Good soda crust pizza that feeds more than the suggested size. Waitstaff is friendly and notices when you bottomless lemonade... needs a refill. Staff have always been understanding of my food allergies and double checked with the chef if any ingredientshave changed. Four out of five because the Wedge in Iowa City, IA is IMHO the best. My 3yo is very gluten and dairy free so I was nervous about him eating there because of his allergy (we had a grooms dinner to... attend) I called and spoke with Kelly who was MORE then accommodating!!! She made sure that the area that his gluten/dairy freepizza was going to be made on was clean, sanitized and she even made sure she was the one to make the pizza for him herself!!When we arrived we brought our own cheese for the pizza and not only were they fine with me adding it they even took it back andadded it themselves and then cooked it so it was melted and cooked to perfection!!! Going out is tough with our little guybecause of his allergy. I am blown away with the kindness, care and understanding Kelly and her staff had for our family. Fun atmosphere, outdoor seating and nice bar area. High quality freshly made pizza that you can watch through their window to... the kitchen. If you're dining in, picking up or getting delivery it is one of the best pizzas around. Don't expect the same fromtheir frozen pizzas. They used to do actual take and bake frozen pizzas available like once a year but the new factory made onesare not very good and are poor quality for the price, not even close to the real thing. We were in town for a baseball tournament. After another restaurant turned us away so we came here and it was so great! They... were SO accommodating.
