This location refuses to take coupons for their subs, I've been refused 3 times now just to hear from the store manager that... they don't accept any coupons of any type for subway. Ordered their food for delivery through food dudes. Ordered a 12in and a salad. In the description for their salads it says it... comes with meat, cheese and lettuce plus your choice of vegetables. I choose my vegetables and the "salad" shows up and there'sno lettuce. They then tell me that you have to ask for lettuce... In a salad. Not to mention my "salad" didn't have the ranch Iasked for and my sub was missing the mayo. Im usually not the one to leave a negative review but when I called to complain theworkers acted like I was wrong for not knowing you have to ask for lettuce when you're ordering a salad. Don't call it a saladif it doesnt come with lettuce. Read more
The people working here are always friendly and outgoing. Every time I come here I feel like I get what I pay for. They aren't... skimpy on the toppings (which I feel like Many subways are), and I super appreciate that! The only problem I've run into is thaythey aren't always opening at the time given on here. So maybe they open later than what Google advertises? Read more
Recently ordered from this store through the app and the whole experience was a disappointment. They don't participate in app... deals but I preceeded to order as my husband was running an errand and was to grab our food while out. Shortly after placing myorder I received a call stating they didn't have the Italian herbs and cheese bread I had ordered. I was asked what I would likeinstead. I knew they didn't have the flat bread because the app had shown it as out so I said white. I was then told they onlyhad one left. At this point it felt like a guessing game and i asked what they had....only wheat. My husband made it home withfood and thats why i have given 2 stars. Dont usually order white and wheat bread but they were very small in comparison to theitallian herb we usually get at other stores. The toppings on the sandwiches were incorrect also. Somehow my extra lettuceturned into 2 full layers of pickles which made the bread super soggy. My husband's supposed to have extra meat but didn't andthey missed his spinach altogether. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Read more
