Staff was friendly but food inedible. Kids meals Chicken Nuggets over cooked, rock hard and stringy. FF way over cooked. Burger... was burned on edges but raw in the middle. Mac n cheese burned on bottom . I threw away over $40.00 in food. What a waste ofmoney ! Read more
Unbelievable that the shredded beef did not come with cheese and the chicken sandwich was all bread hardly any chicken and all... it was disgusting! The cost of the food relative to what it is and the portions is not a good value IMO. The meal in my photo was $13. That... dollar amount is not a lot but looking at what you receive for that it seems pricey (a few chicken strips=$5, French fries=$5and a large drink=$2.50). Seems like a bad value to me. I was initially very happy to hear that an Arby's was coming to thearea. I've been here a few times and every time there is a long wait for the food. This last time in the drive-thru, we wereasked to park in front while they prepared our drinks (something about the machine needed changing). Okay, I get that thingstake time to do but we sat out in front for almost 20 minutes. In that time, multiple cars came and went through the drive-thruas did many people inside. I honestly think that they forgot about us and only realized it after that long. This place is justmanaged poorly. Don't think I will eat here again. Read more
They just opened and it's disgusting. They made me park with no one behind me to create the illusion that they have that fast of... service and then the bring me out the worst Arby's I've ever had. I love Arby's its gross but I always give it another try but$33 for 4 beef and cheddars is terrible. I just ate one and my stomach already hurts. I won't be returning to this location. Read more
I never had roast beef from arbys that was hard crunchy shredded and dark like this . I wasted time gas and money and risked... being sick after I asked if my order can be made fresh and I?d be happy to wait longer if I need to. No one was in line when Igot there .
