Last weekend I ordered a sandwich, drink and mozzarella sticks for delivery. I received my bag of food and when I opened it... there was no sandwich only mozzarella sticks. I called the restaurant to advise them that I only received my drink andmozzarella sticks. The employee on the phone replied that they ?always check the bag and my sandwich was indeed in the bag?. Ibelieve this was horrible customer service. I do understand that I could contact the delivery service to have this creditedhowever I am completely unimpressed with the lack of responsibility of the employee and how she basically told me the restaurantnever makes mistakes. Great people working here. The ladies working the front truly care about their guests. There was a new person working the... register and they encouraged him in a fun way which was nice to see. I?m a regular customer at the 22nd street restaurant and was sorely disappointed by a new policy at this location. I ordered two... Beef and Cheddars, Curly fries and a shake for a total of $21.15 When I asked at the window for my usual compliment of Arby?ssauce, the cashier advised me that she was only allowed to provide two packets! Having ordered two sandwiches and a fries, Itold her that wasn?t sufficient and she stuck to the new policy. I kindly asked for a refund, which I received in cash. Thisdecision to sacrifice a customer and lose a $21.15 sale tonight (not to mention the many $21.50 future sales) is dumbfoundingto me. My co-workers jokingly call me the ?Arby?s guy? due to the amount of times I eat at this restaurant. I went straight toTaco Time and ordered food there, received sufficient hot sauce and enjoyed the meal very much. I guess I?ll be called the ?TacoTime guy? from now on. Read more

The mozzarella sticks & marinara were great! The kids wanted to go back for more. .. the curly fries were also a hit.... Unfortunately the Buffalo chicken slider had so much sauce it now seems to be my new color scheme in my SUV. The gentleman atthe window was very polite & nice to deal with. Read more

Super great Turkey & Swiss sandwich ???? ???? ???? Fresh taste, plenty of meat and vegetables. Mustard & other sauce was a... perfect combination. I love the choice of bread! The curly fries were spot on! Crunchy & seasoned just right! The soft drinkdidn't disappoint ???? Suggestion: A shade panel should be placed between the street and where you wait for your order. I don't care what anyone says, Arby's is delicious. Curly fries are the best, and I always get a French Dip, which is so... tasty. This location has always given me good service as well. Can't go wrong for a nice quick meal. Read more
