Got the chance to have dinner at Bon Temps recently. We ordered the Seafood Creole and Jambalaya. The food tasted really good!... The atmosphere was warm and the service was good. Will definitely have to go back to this place again for their seafood boil! Read more
This was a great experience for me. Hands down one of the best restaurants in town! Great ambiance. Wonderful location. Food... tastes awesome. And great choice of drinks. Great meal and awesome atmosphere. Voodoo Hour from 4-6pm is definitely worth going for. We had a couple drinks off the menu and... the Bang Bang Shrimp. Battered shrimp with a bit of kick.. Great atmosphere and tasty food. Our waitress was either really new or having a really off night which is the only reason for a... lost star. Came in for dinner on Saturday night, no wait to get a table for two. We were seated right away and were shortlygreeted by a waitress who identified herself as not our waitress but offered to put in drinks for us. I guess our waitress sawthis and brought us water right away. When we asked for food suggestions as it being our first time, our waitress had to callover another one to make suggestions. When we asked out substituting potatoes for a salad, our waitress again had to go checkwith someone. Same thing when we asked what the dresser special was (it was just pie that they were out of by 7pm). The food wehad was excellent! I had the boil which was full of excellent seafood and delicious jambalaya. The donuts were an excellentdessert choice but the mud pie was disappointing. It was clear these are made ahead and warmed but ours was not warmed enough tomelt the middle. Regardless, I would be more than happy to come back again in hopes the service is a bit better! Read more
