Had a great time watching the Canada vs Croatia game today at Boston Pizza. Not the outcome we wanted but Scott, the manager,... was great as was the service. Food was good. Went to Boston pizza on herold crt tonight with my boyfriend. This has have to be the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I... wanted to try out the ribs so ordered half rack with bourbon bbq, side of “garlic” mash potato’s, and a ceasar salad...well my ribs were extremely small, like the ones you can buy pre cooked in the sauce, tasted extremely odd, nothing like I’mused to. The bourbon bbq sauce did not taste good at all. The server recommended the flavour, and also said that the garlicmashed potato’s were good.. They certainly were not garlic at all, had absolutely none in there. Just overall, even with thegravy on it, it was such an odd taste, nothing like home made. Just gross. And the ceasar salad had absolutely no dressing init! With stale croutons. I had to get a side of dressing to make it somewhat edible. and it was also absolutely freezing cold inthere and my food got cold in less than 5 minutes. I hardly ate any of it... and then an argument between two staff broke outright in front of us with them cursing and yelling. Horrible experience there and will not be back as this is not the first timeI’ve had an issue with that location.thought I would give it another chance but oh well. Lately, I've been coming here regularly. After a hard days work, theres no time to prep & cook. My favorite is the salt & pepper... chix wings, which I have "baked", and individual double cheese pizza! The family part of the restaurant is nice and relaxing.Service is always very friendly. Read more
Excellent pizza! The bacon is better quality than you will find at other pizza restaurants.
Have been loyal customers for over 10 years but just can’t stomach this anymore. The kids food has been repeatedly inedible... this year. Like tonight, the kids hamburger had hard thick cheese that wasn’t even melted on , and way oversized for theportion, and a tiny amount of fries considering the upcharge; I won’t go into details about the times before this. Arrived at 10:30 for a late night bite in the lounge. Was not acknowledged for 10 minutes as I watched the bartender talk to his... friends sitting at the bar. Finally I walked around the restaurant side where I found a server in the kitchen and asked if therewas anyone serving in the lounge to which he replied yes to. He followed me back and took our food order. He spoke to a girlsitting at the bar, she got up and walked around the bar, glared at us and rang things in. This was the server for the lounge.We then got our food to go. Smallest portion of spinach dip which wasn’t the best. Overall, terrible experience. Read more

Every time I come here, I never get service. I sit for 20minutes at a time waiting for a server. TWICE! Once with my mother and... another time alone. I’m so disappointed in this location as I’ve always ordered to go! I thought a dine in experience wouldbe good but it never happens the way it does at other restaurants.
