Worst Service!! Coffee Milk Tea is always sold out or their machine is off. Everytime I go to get coffee milk tea, i have been... informed that after 7pm they have to clean the machine so they dont serve. If store is open till 9pm, do you need 2 hours toclean the machine? Other defenbaker location can serve same thing 5 minutes before closing. Why this location cant? Read more

Tried couple times, the drink is good but service is pretty cheap. Ordered one fruit tea and 1 chatime milk tea with extra... toppings (pay extra, not included in the drink basically) on the side as we wanted to share the toppings half and half. It'sunderstandable if I asked milk tea with pearls (not paying extra) and had pearls on the side. But I paid full price for the milktea and the cup is not full. So pay more to receive less? Nonsense. I enjoy popping into Chatime occasionally. This time I had the banana milk tea with pearls. Very good!
1. I asked for regular Taro Dream, but the drink taste like there is not sugar at all. 2. The Taro Dream does not have pearl as... usual. 3. We ordered three drinks, and they forgot the last one and made us wait for another 10 mins. Read more
On a beautiful hot day, the drinks really hit the spot. We were the only ones in the store in the late afternoon, of course... great for us. We received excellent service of course. I only found out later that you could have the sweetness reduced. Myteenage children loved everything about it. The large size was too big for even my 19 year son. As mentioned, it was too sweetfor me. Not sure if we can do this too often because for 4 of us it was a little over $26, plus I saw the tip box.....ummmm..Thedrinks were true to their pictures. Pretty good bubble tea with lots of options. Staff is pretty good, efficient if not overly friendly, and service was quite... quick. More options to see the moderately extensive menu without having to stand directly in front of the till would be good. Read more
