with 4-5 people all working at the same time you would think DRINKS only take 5-10 minutes. ever since they opened they havent... improved one bit. They are not trained properly and I dont think they hold importance to customer service/wait time. Free up 30mins of your time if you are willing to wait and order from this place lol. I waited for about 30 mins for my 2 drinks and the wintermelon iced tea tasted like water. The costumer after me who ordered 4... drinks got their drinks before I got mine, and there was no one in the store before I placed my order. Such a poor experienceand would not go back again. The tea is delicious and the selection is amazing. My favorite is often sold out, but there are more than enough other drinks to... pick from. However, my biggest concern is that many many times when I come in here the music selection is VERY inappropriate!I do not need or want to listen to profanity in the place I go to relax. I never know when the next f-bomb will drop from anotherwise innocuous and pleasant track. Read more

Calls in a take out order of 2 drinks and a bubble waffle a hour before I would pickup. Made it clear on phone I wouldn?t have... time so to make sure it was all ready. Came in, had to wait almost 10 minutes while seeing my drinks were made and employee wasjust refilling things. Asked where the food was, was told she forgot to make it but I could wait another ten mites for it. I?mnow 10 minutes late with no lunch to show to a tattoo where you must eat before. Not impressed.
