Went today at 8:20pm - front doors locked , but lights were on. Could see cashier and knocked, and she looked up at me. She then... looked away, didn?t even try to acknowledge me (still knocking?) and ignored me as she went about her business. I thought theymust be closed, although the sign with the operating times shows they should be open (see pic I attached). I walked away andquickly checked online and their hours for Monday?s was to close at 8pm. Now I?m good with that, except with the poor behaviourof the cashier who didn?t take the time to actually talk - or acknowledge me. I guess customer service isn?t a priority here.Also get your act together and update your door sign with the actual open and close times. The good news? There is a brand newBurger King across the street that just opened. I got a Hershey Pie for $2.50, way less than a Blizzard. They also sell applepie, ice cream sundaes and milkshakes. Service was excellent - very friendly. I?d highly recommend that Burger King when youwant something sweet, and instead of this Dairy Queen. Read more

Never met a DQ ice cream treat I didn't love... they have the formula down to a science. ????

Really good deals on burger combos. 7.99 for a triple cheese combo. Far better than the other fast food joints price wise

Went to drive thru at Stonebridge DQ at 7:30pm 8/22/22. Ordered vanilla shake and chocolate shake. Girl at pickup window gave me... (after I paid of course) a vanilla and a strawberry. Pointed out I?d ordered a chocolate. She looked at the till tape and said?they punched it in as strawberry? and turned away. That was it for her. She?s apparently unaware that the reason she and otheremployees get to keep coming to work is that customers keep coming in. We stop coming in and so do they. The doors are kept openby the customers. The correct response she should have given me was ?I?m so sorry for the error. If you?ll pull ahead and park,I?ll bring out a chocolate shake for you. Thank you for your patience and your business?. Guess the Manager and/or ownerskipped over this point in her training. This isn?t our first issue with this store. Think I?ll find another place for meals andtreats. (I decided not to make an issue of it at the store but decided on the way home that I?d had enough). Read more

average food, sometimes cold. (the burgers of course the ice cream is cold) location is unacceptably dirty every time i go in.... behind the counter and in public the tables are never cleared and always sticky. in the kitchen when you wait unreasonably longfor just an icecream you notice garbage and dropped icecream left on the floor. no food safe clearly. This is the worst DQ I have had the misfortune of visiting. USUALLY I have found them ok. If I clean the table with my Clorox... wipes they never turn black (picture)! To finish me the sundae came with a blonde hair ???? and the bottom of my coffee camewith a medium length brown hair! Read more
