We went to DQ Hampton yesterday at 1054 all the lights were on but they refused to take our ice cream order in the drive thru... and put up a closed sign at the window , funny thing is it was not suppose to close till 11 . Online said closing soon but notclosed and the staff were walking around with their stuff and getting ready to leave . The food tastes pretty good. The staff does not seem experienced. It's pretty common for them to mess orders up, but this is... probably because they are rehiring after covid. I would not dine in here as it has very uncomfortable seats. But it's great fora quick stop to get a treat. Also ice cream cakes they sell all really great. Read more

Used to think this was the best DQ in the city until the last few times I've gone there. Never get my order right. They forget... to give salad dressing for salads, give wrong ice cream flavors, and even wrong sauces. Not understandable as I'm not sure howit's that hard to comprehend. Visited DQ for lunch recently and got great service. Order was quick, which can hit or miss for some Dairy Queen's and the... person working the counter was very friendly, even bringing our individual orders out. Food was delicious and they even havecherry and vanilla shots in the pop machine! Would definitely visit again Read more
