I ordered a pizza from this location and it came in just 15 minutes after I ordered. The pizza was well cooked The delivery guy... was friendly and called me before he came, he followed the instructions as per the comments. Called them trying to order a pizza for pick up and they answered on the second call. She proceeded to tell me I can not do pick... up so I said okay could you do delivery? She then said one second and put me on hold for 5 minutes until she eventually hung upon me. I called back 3 more times to no answer. Overall the worst experience I have ever had and just wanted pizza for my sonthat had just gotten released from the cancer ward at the children?s hospital. Read more
What a poor customer service at venture crescent branch . They put wrong toppings on my order and when I called to notify them,... manager refused to tell his name and said they put the same toppings what I ordered. He was assuming that I am complaining toget a free pizza. I am ordering same toppings for years every week. I was not expecting such a rude response from Domino?s . Read more
I am done. They?ve messed up two orders in a row. Tonight I called them as soon as I realized I was sent an uncut ham and... pineapple instead of the pizza I ordered and they told me ?don?t worry you?ll get a new pizza next time!!? I asked them to sendthe new pizza ASAP cause they are open another hour they refused and said I had to wait another day. Ordered from this Dominos and went to pick up the pizza. Got home, opened the box up and started to break apart the slices and a... BUG crawled out from between my pizza. Picture is attached. Called the store and they said they know nothing about this anddon?t have my order in the system when I went to pick it up just an hour ago!! Stay away! Read more
Dominoes has been my go to for pizza. When ordering the pan pizza it has always turned out well. I would always have it well... done and extra sauce on the pizza. If their has ever been a problem it's always corrected either that order or on a futureorder. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas and a dessert using the online ordering and contactless delivery. The prices of the food were reasonable.... Very disappointed with the delivery. My confirmation order email stated approximate delivery time of 15 to 25 minutes. 55minutes later, I called them to ask where my order was and they said it was on its way, but it did not arrive until 15 minutesafter the call and I live roughly 5 minutes away from them by car. The pizzas were of average quality and taste and arrived warmenough. The only positive part of this meal was the dessert which was warm and very tasty.
