We're a asian couple that was in the area, we came through for some asian food, the 2 Indian staffs had made eye contact with us... as we came in, they see us , one was helping a customer , the other older staff acted like we weren't there, as we stood therewaiting to be greeted and to order our food, a caucasian family came in and the older staff quickly greeted them, and took theirorders before us, the other staff finally turned to us with an annoyed look and ask what we would like, I just simply walkedout, I'm not going to put my money into the hands of people who profit off OUR cultural cuisine yet treat us like second classcitizens, never coming back to this location Read more

Ordered via Skip. Restaurant noted they would "need more time to prepare", despite only ordering 12 sushi and 4 tempura shrimp.... Made the delivery driver sit there for 15+ minutes (when they already had 20 minutes to prepare the food), so I got it nearly anhour after I ordered when it was expected to be 30 minutes. Arrived and the tempura was ice cold, gave me maybe 1 TBSP of saucein a cup for it, and the sushi were all warm! Highly disappointing, will not ever be going back. I understand that Skip takes agood percentange of the order cut but that doesn't mean you shouldn't care about your customers. Read more

came 2nd time at this store for a to go, the staff seems not happy and not proud of the food that they are serving, I ordered a... bento meal for chicken and beef and tried their milk shake, the beef and chicken is lesser in serving compared to Edo Mid townmall, and did not enjoyed the milk shake coz it seems they forgot to put sugar. We used to order food in Edo, and today I just ordered from its Stonebridge branch. I ordered 1 in sumo size or half size more... (additional $5.20) but it was only same size with my other order which is regular size. I called Edo to inform about it, but itseems that the person I had talked to doesn?t care, he just insisted that it was really bigger than the other one. Reallydisappointed about the staff attitude, food size/portion and even the taste. We also tried their bubble tea and it was tasteless(far from chattime or gongcha). The portions here are significantly smaller than the one on 8th street. Alaska salmon alone has probably 1/3 typical. Go to 8th... street instead. No chopsticks in store, and chop chop bowl was in a non standard container and about 2/3 typical size with noteriyaki sauce at all. Will not be returning. Read more

Very impressed by this location. Delicious Edo like I know it to be. Beef was perfectly cooked. I'd never had the tempura before... but really enjoyed it (a bit thicker of a batter than traditional tempura but still great). Amy, the front staff member, wasvery friendly and ensured I was satisfied with my meal. Happy customer! Read more
