I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. I work at midtown mall and I am regular at the food court and... extreme pita. I received an item different from what I ordered. The cashier took the order correctly but the employee whoprepared mixed it up with another order. I understand mistakes happen so, I went back to the restaurant to politely explain whathappened and get what I ordered but the Manager I believe her name is TJay refused to even acknowledge the mistake and keptarguing for 15 min. straight. I don't understand why someone with so much arrogance and attitude would be promoted to a keymanagerial position. Just because of this incident I have stopped going to extreme pita. TJay should be let go or else she willruin what is left of the restaurant business during this difficult covid time. Read more
Got rice bowl here and they served me the last bit of the leftover rice from the pot which was completely dry, almost like... uncooked rice, felt like i was chewing on raw rice...they should management this place better. Read more
It always is a great experience when you go to that location, other locations arent good specially for customer service or... suggestions. The girl who works there most of the time dont know her name but would like to thank her for her suggestions,service and how she treats people. Despite of being a mall location they dont rush people, hygiene is commendable and i am neverdisappointed. So shoutout to the staff!!! Read more
We had a wonderful experience dealing with TJay at this location of Extreme Pita, after a horrible customer service experience... with Uber Eats, TJay not only went out of her way to make it right, she was absolutely wonderful to deal with and veryunderstanding of my wife's food allergy. I would recommend this location of Extreme Pita wholeheartedly and the food was freshand delicious but more than that, the caring shown by the employee's will make us repeat customers ???? ???? I was there for pick up. And the indian girl working there she has no name tag but told me her name is TJ. She is very rude and... have no manners how to talk. Management should train their employees and let them know they are working in Canada not in india.Not recommended this place to anyone! Read more

Great catering service in Saskatoon. Delivery was on time and they took care of the customization for our special requirements... about allergies and vegan participant. They just nailed it with their service and perfection. Can recommend them to anyoneanytime for any size of group. We had them deliver and cater couple of times: once for 7 people and the other time for about 58even on weekend once. Must call Extreme Pita Midtown Plaza for your meeting needs. Read more
