While shopping at Canarama Mall l noticed Family Pizza have a walk in pizza special...one medium pizza (10") and a free can of... pop for $10. I decided to pick one up to take home with me. It was beyond delicious and the young employee was very helpful inhelping me pick out the one for my taste preference. I ended up getting 3 meals out of it! Plus it reheated beautifully in themicrowave. I wll definitely be returning for this special! Read more

1st off.. 2 for 1 isn't a real thing at this place. $44 per large pizza + 1 'free'.. when 1 large by itself is $33. I was told... my 2 medium pizzas would take 35 min. 75 min later they arrived cold and the order was wrong and incomplete. Waiting forconfirmation of a order replacement and the manager hasn't made himself available. I won't be ordering from here EVER again.Order elsewhere people! Read more

The pizza tasted good enough and the staff taking our order was very friendly and polite. I asked that the mushrooms be put on... only one half of the pizza but the prep/cook spread them over the entire pizza, even though the instructions were written downclearly. Read more

Went in for supper and ordered two pizzas. I believe the girl at the til was a trainee because she needed assistance to enter... the order into the POS, which was fine. I wanted an all dressed pizza, but I accidentally said all meat, but I corrected myself.When I went back to get the pizza I wanted, the manager insisted that I said all meat (which doesn't make sense because whywould I confirm a pizza I didn't want) and he would not correct the mistake. Instead, he said that I ordered the all meat andwent about his business like I wasn't still standing there. I asked if I was then stuck with this pizza I didn't want and hesaid yes. So I asked for a full refund, and he said "if you want". I wasn't able to get the refund because my partner ate oneslice in the car, so I left this location upset because of the way I was treated and because I didn't get the pizza I wanted. Mypartner confirmed that I didn say all meat first, then corrected myself to all dressed. Apparently, at this location, thecustomer is always wrong. Will not go back. UPDATE: after seeing this review, an owner of this location commented asking me tocontact Taylor or Cody to discuss the matter further, so I did. I managed to get Cody on the line, who listened to my story andtook my phone number, saying he would look into it and call me back. I have recieved no calls back and it looks like the commenthas since been deleted. Read more

I order pizza from family pizza regularly, but that may change. I truly enjoy their pizza and I feel that they have a great... product, unfortunately I have had a few less then pleasant experiences. When visiting with a friend at her home, I have had adelivery driver try to argue with me that I did not give the correct address on the order, but still somehow showed up at theaddress provided about an hour and twenty minutes later. Then another time, ordered a couple pizzas on a Saturday at 2pm(today)and they took over an hour as well and when I called to inquire the person answering provided my address when I mentioned that Iordered about an hour ago and was wondering what was happening as they quote 45minutes. Is it likely a restaurant was swamped atoff hours? I'll leave that up to you. I also didn't appreciate the snide tone of the employee when she stated "well, we'rebusy". As I mentioned earlier, I really love the pizza but I am happy to take my patronage elsewhere. EDIT: I did speak with thestore 3 times that day, and I don't feel it should be my responsibility to chase good customer service. The first time was toinquire about if the order was even being addressed as I had been waiting for an hour. I also called 90 mins after the order wasplaced as I was delivered cold and soggy pizza. At this time the management offered to remake the pizza or provide a gift card.As I no longer had time to wait for more cold, soggy pizza and was not interested in ordering from this location again, I askedfor a refund and was refused. Gift card only. I'd rather not have to go through that situation again. I can make my own pizza inthat amount of time. Read more

UPDATE- The manager called me and was so sorry we had terrible pizza. He took care of us and when we ordered again it was really... hot, crispy and delicious. Will try them again. What a disappointment! We just ordered two large pizza and the bottom was sosoggy and wet, you can actually see a puddle in the second picture. It was awful and a real waste of $40. We were so excited fora hot crispy pizza.... we got warmish soggy pizza. Read more
