My granddaughters and I went for supper. We ordered drinks and the server forgot my water. I flagged her down and got the water.... The girls ordered pizza. I ordered Alfredo with prawns. When the server delivered I noticed her holding my bowl in her palm.First thought - can?t be too hot. It was cold. So she took it back and brought it back again holding it the same way. It waswarm. I proceeded to eat it and felt something in my mouth. Two small pieces of paper! That was it for me. Nothing was said bythe server or the manager or the cook. They usually say something. Came time to pay and the server said - oh yah we took thatstuff off. I have since been sick to my stomach and other things happening. The server was very pleasant and helpfuI but....although really wanted to like it, the pizza was mediocre. The crust was little... better than Costco pizza; the toppings weren't great; one of our two pizzas had a lot of char. For a place that is promoted asan italian-style pizzeria, it is too much of a sports bar ambience for me. Read more

Delicious authentic pizza. Really thin crust which makes the meal feel light, and overall just really good. Wasn?t busy at all... at noon on a weekend. Would definitely recommend it. Read more

Got take out. A different taste (in a great way) from the usual pizza. I loved the texture of the crust and how the pizza is... cooked - to perfection. The layout inside the restaurant was quite nice, with being able to wat h your food being made. Nexttime, I will try to dine in. Read more

It was my first time eating at Famoso and it was pretty good! It has a nice atmosphere as well. The Caesar I had was excellent.... The pizza was full of flavour. I also had hot wings as an appetizer and enjoyed those too. Prices seem to be more reasonablethan other places. They don't do anything for birthdays though other than wishing you a happy birthday. Went there this evening for the first time. Very comfortable atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. As my gf and i were... leaving, most of the front house staff told us to have a good day. They were the best front house staff ive ever encountered inthe city. Definitely recommend going here for some delicious pizza and wings oh and the mozza balls are delicious as well ???? Read more

I?m posting because the management and staff went above anything we would have expected. My kid ordered their favorite pizza and... when trying to pack leftovers, the pizza landed on the ground. We just accepted the loss. Famoso staff saw it happen and gave usa replacement without additional cost. Made my kid?s day. Kindness is priceless. Glad to see it?s alive and well at FamosoGreystone. They did an excellent job at keeping my friend's kids entertained and the service was excellent. Nice try with the pizza. Mine... was so thin at the center that it would just break apart and whoever cut it did not care at all about slice sizes. Good tastethough Read more
