Never a disappointment when I come here. Family friendly restaurant, and love the atmosphere. It's still the same place as when... I grew up coming here with little changes but I feel "don't fix what isn't broken" kind of deal. The food is always delicious. It's prepared well and is ready in a timely manner. Never a long wait. Lots of good good options. If you've never been here, Ihighly recommend it. I don't think I'll ever stop coming here, I hope this place is around for a long time. Read more

Played mini golf and ate in the diner the other day. My wife and I both had the grilled chicken burgers and shakes. It was a... struggle to finish them because the portions were so big and very tasty, in fact it might have been one of the best grilledchicken burgers we've ever had. Easily the best place I visited for food while in Saskatoon! The burgers are consistently good quality. Although the meat isn't... incredibly seasoned, it's a patty that can be topped to anyone's tastes. With a wide variety of toppings, both grilled (bacon,onion rings, etc.) and a self-service bar for lettuce, onions, tomato, etc. I doubt anyone could come here and not findsomething to eat. The atmosphere is incredible, relaxed and calm, with an air of the good old days of food service. The bakeryis easily one of the best places to pick up pies in Saskatoon, to the point where I think I was buying a pie a week. That can'tbe good for my figure... And the pricing is spectacularly cheap. For less than a 20 dollar bill, you can get a significant,filling meal and a bottomless drink/a beer. Read more
Ordered to go the bacon and cheese burger as well as the bison burger with a side or fries and gravy. Burgers were on the larger... side and tasted great. The meat in our burgers was so overcooked, dry and flavorless. It looked grey and crumbly inside. Also, asked for white bun and... got wheat. Not a huge deal but when the orders are so simple, you'd hope for more accuracy. The milkshake and onion rings weresuper tasty though! Just disappointed with our mains. We did not finish even half. Pretty disappointing because I wanted toenjoy my lunch with my daughter. The manager did apologize and was kind and polite. They offered a free baked good also. Read more
