The service is always very great. The staff are all very kind. Been here about 5 times at this point. The establishment is... always very clean. I've never had to wait very long. Grain fields is the place you go after a long night. Be it partying, late night studying, you name it. The food is perfectly... serviceable for the price, you won't find the "best" of anything but nothing is bad! The atmosphere could really do with a bitof an update though. Patty of 8 for breakfast last Saturday the male server was fantastic. Food was good nothing over the top. Poor customer service. There were eggshells and an eyelash in my boyfriends eggs and they got some of my order wrong. The food... was taken back and remade which was good but when we asked for a bit of a discount for the inconvenience and for the wait, thewaiter made a comment that “it won’t be for the full price”. I wasn’t expecting or asking for the full price, I wasasking for a discount. I wasn’t there to try get a free meal, just good customer service and a meal without eggshells and aneyelash in it. We work hard for our money and just wanted to have a nice meal. I mentioned it to the front when I went to payand the customer service wasn’t great there either. We won’t be going back there again. I initially went there to wait for my husband while at an appointment. They gladly accommodated me even though their busy time.... When he joined me our waitress continued to give us good service, and the food was good. Read more

Terrible service and the food was cold. Our waitress dropped off our food and didn’t come back to our table for over 30... minutes. No one came around to ask how our food was or to refill our drinks. I wanted to make a complaint as we were leaving,but we were rushed out at the front while paying and ended up paying full price for a meal that we did not enjoy. Today I have to say I have experienced my worst dining experience ever. From the time of entering we encountered a not so... pleasant hostess, then to have to wait for an hour to get our food, and not have our server apologize for the delay. On top ofall that the same server never checked on us during our dining and only reappeared when we were all done. While the quality ofthe food was good, the staff we dealt with were terrible. I can honestly say this restaurant will not be a draw for me wheneverI’m back in Saskatoon. Read more

Waffles are good. Everything else is what you'd expect from a chain restaurant like this. Pre-made and brought in food, mediocre... service, nothing... special for sure. Will go to other chain breakfast spots over this place next time, and not worth the pricewhen real, homemade breakfast spots are not only similar price, but WAY better. Read more
