The drive thru employee took my order, when I got to the window he made me repeat my order several times and seemed stoned while... working in the kitchen. Had to go back for the gravy I paid for. After getting home and taking a bite of the chicken it had aburnt smell and taste. Almost like super old fryer oil and had been sitting in a warmer for way too long. Slowest service in the city, new crown winner. Friend ordered off the app, before 6 other ppl, and even at the 45 min mark,... still didn't have his food. Would NOT recommend. Read more
Went to the KFC at 1:30 pm on September/26/22 wasn't busy the 2 girls working were talking away will I was standing there... wanting to place a order.After almost 5 minutes of waiting one of the girls came and took my order I had a Zinger combo I had a2 minute drive back to work to find my Fry's cold and over cooked.I called the restaurant back to complain about the cold Fry'sand the lady told me this happens...my sandwich had brown lettuce and was just a bit warm I asked for a refund and she said shewould replace or credit me for my Fry's...after a bit more complaining she decided to hang up on me so I contacted a differentKFC to get a head office number to call and let them know what happened now I'm waiting for a call back and when I talked to agentleman in the customer service department I told I just want a refund for my order and that I would NEVER GO BACK THERE TOTHE STORE ON 22ND ST again....will follow up when I recieve a call back......I have work as a manager for many years in therestaurant business and couldn't believe the attitude I received from that employee....Customer service is always number 1 andalso the customer is the one paying your wage....thx Read more
Yesterday evening me and family ordered delivery from the KFC on 22nd, 10 PC with two sides of potato and macaroni salad, gravy... and fries. I got sick that night, my family got sick the next day. I don't know if I can ever eat there again. Read more
S9mething missing every time I order. Then they want you to wait an hour for the one or 2 missing things while the rest of your... food gets cold. I order gravy for my fries I'm jot eating cold fries an hour from now. No one here knows how to read and orderand they are very rude when you call to tell them it's wrong Read more
This was a "twister wrap" and was so burnt and honestly not worth going back to complain as they never give you a receipt for... proof of purchase. So disappointing. Read more
Ordered 20 hot wings and a large potato salad through the drive through. The service was friendly and we waited our usual 7... minute wait (cook time for wings). Back home to eat and one bite of the potato salad, I was like these potatoes are halfraw...what the? The salad also lacked flavour (which is weird becauseit usually has alot of flavor.) The hot wings were overfried ? so the meat was tougher, but I was so hungry I didn't want to drive back to wait for another batch that I ate 4. Theother 2 people in the house ate the rest. I am very disappointed with the wings and salad. I don't know if I will go back thereany time soon. Sad because that was our usual place to grab KFC once every 2 weeks or so...lately the food has not beengood. P.s. the gravy recipe is thick flour pepper soup.
