Delicious Halal food. Nice and Clean dining area. Great customer service. No public washroom but dining customer can use. No... wheelchair accessible entrance, no wheelchair accessible parking area. Paid parking during the day except Sunday. Moderate foodprice range. Highly recommend. Read more
Firstly, I didn't like the taste of the food! Just because they sell Halal food that's why people like me visited there.... Secondly, the customer service providers were very reluctant in giving services. Thirdly and most important of all, they haveproblems with ethics. When my husband went to pay the bill the cashier was first of all unwilling to give him the bill receiptpaper. After the receival, he found that they charged higher for the items we have ordered! When asked about it, the cashierinstantaneously told it was because of inflation they have imposed inflated price on us! Being ridiculed, we told him that theyought to have changed the older price into new increased price in the menu booklet. He replied that the other customer serviceproviders have forgotten it to do so but they have altered the prices on the big display board at the back of counter wall. Itwas a complete lie as well! The big menu-price display board showed the same older price as the menu booklet. The cashier wascaught red handed by us. He told us okay and they would change the prices. Subsequently, he wanted to return us the extra moneywe have already paid. All of the above, we took the additional money back and decided never to visit there. Absolutely phenomenal Indian cuisine tucked away in Saskatoon. The space is a perfect blend of casual and classy, enabling... groups of any size and nature to feel comfortable. The menu may not be miles long, but everything on it is crafted with care andexcellence. If you have even the mildest inkling for Indian food, Marhaba is a must-go. Hidden little gem. Like Indian cuisine? Worth a try, we went mild on all dishes and the food did not lack flavor!! The dishes... are family sized and well porportioned, be prepared have leftovers. A mediocre restaurant with mediocre food at the best. This is definitely not an upscale restaurant. A shabby and worn out... interior with smelly and obsolete ambience. Food is below average, dry and hard to swallow. You definitely need some kind ofdrink to swallow the food. I would give 4 star to the food, as it was delicious like before. However, i would like to give 1 star to the service that we... had on our this visit. We were served by Habib, we were not warm welcomed at all, he was not having a smile on his face, treatedrudely, we were not greeted while entering and leaving the restaurant. When i ordered, he asked it will take 15 minutes butunfortunately it was served on table after 35 minutes. They must work on quality customer service, and timely food serving. Read more
