Not fast food at all. Workers were talking to eachother as our order sat there. Food was burnt.
I hadn't eaten here for a few years and I was reminded why! Not very friendly service at the drive thru, and although it was... very fast service, the food was barely edible. I ordered things I'd never ordered before, like the grand big mac and the doublequarter pounder with cheese, and the meat was terrible. It crumbled apart while eating them. Don't believe I'll be going back toMcDonald's anytime soon! Read more

They were understaffed and stressed, understandable. What?s not understandable is not only arguing with themselves but also with... the waiting customers. One argued about my own order and the other when I tried to ask for ketchup interrupted me and said ?yourorders coming it?s coming? and walked away. Read more

This location at preston crossing does not serve egg mcmuffins after 11 am?! Asked for meals and I was sold individual items... instead. I had to pay extra for the drinks. Poor experience. Read more

They have zero customer service at this location because they claim that they are a franchise! I worked in fast food for many... years both cooperate and franchise and I think it mandatory you treat customers the same. I purchased 2 sandwiches and I didn'ttake the buns or ketchup afterwards I asked for a small amount of the big Mac sauce off the board and the manager and 2 crewmembers saw it fit to gang up on me to tell me that this is a franchise so we have to pay for everything just wow!!! I left 2buns and the ketchup and, I still had to pay for a small amount of sauce. One thing for sure they lost a regular customer atthat location!!!!!! Read more

Pathetic that a person spends nearly $25 for two meals and can't even get a single Mcchicken sauce. They make you stand back in... line to pay $0.20 per sauce. At least if they want to be unlike the other mcdonalds and charge you for sauce they should put upa sign so you can pay with your food instead of needing two transactions. Well seems like fast food has gone bad in all areas. I ordered a quater pounder meal upsized with 2 extra cheesburgers and it... came too 16.84$ my quater pounder was the SAME size as my cheesburger just with a different style bun and my fries were so soggywhen i opened them they had sunk ltterally half way down into the box so was just oil filled fry ball, gross. Cheesburger on topof the auater pounder, same size. For the quality, quantity and service i would rate this lower if i could. Maybe this is agood thing, less fast food means better health anyway! I will NEVER buy ANY Mcdonalds again, theyve lost sight on customer andonly see profits,same as A&W. Read more
