Yesterday, I ordered a Large Fries. When I asked for 2 sachets of Cajun Seasonings, an employee named ARSHDEEP denied it very... rudely and told that they can only give 1 Cajun Seasoning per order. That?s not the problem, the problem is she denied veryinstantly and so disrespectfully even before I could complete my sentence. I?m ready to pay but at least ask me. There?s noissue of paying $0.50 for a $16 order but you have to inform customer about the policy politely and give them an option to pay.She just ruined my whole mood for 50cents. New York Fries need to train the staff on how to speak with customers. Read more

Really good poutine and nice staff.

Food was amazing, served very quickly, amazing workers.

Super efficiency and stellar service, food was served quickly and piping hot!

If there is any miscommunication between cashier and customer, the employee have a common sense to correct the mistake. I got... small size butter chicken poutine and asked for green onions. While the guy with tattoos was serving my friend, he asked forwhite onion on one. But the boy misunderstood and put in both. Now instead of giving new box he argued. jan 6 just before 5pm, a friendly male employee hyped me up as I asked to add green onions onto my poutine and then even... suggested I might like California seasoning and put it on the side of my order. This place is so unsanitary like their fries are kept out in the air and ready in the baskets with multiple stacked on top of... each other. There's probabaly a lot of bacteria in them for this. Although the workers are really friendly it doesn't make upfor their poor sanitation Read more
