They sent raw pizza, dough wasn't cooked and then refused to send replacements. Sux after spending 80 bucks on dinner.

Was quoted 20-40 minute delivery. 3 medium pizza and wings/wedges/fries/popcorn chicken arrived 75 minutes later. All Lukewarm... and not hot.. had to tell them to throw out the chicken as it was a food safety concern. Called customer service while waitingfor arrival, they gave $10 coupon to use during our next visit and wouldn?t honour it for this order while this order cost $75without tip. Should?ve cancelled the delivery or turned away the food when it arrived but I wasn?t home as I ordered it for theteenagers while I ran some errands. Read more
Ordered boneless chicken bites as well as pizza, fries & drinks. My daughter suddenly had an upset stomach I check and the... chicken was pink. Wasn?t properly cooked. Called and they said they will give me $10 back for the 15 wings I paid for. I askedto speak with the manager and they said he doesn?t come into the store and there is no way of making a complaint.
