Great Pizza 73 branch located in 8th street, taste just like every Pizza 73 and very great service too
Me and my my friend ordered a lizza yesterday from u er eats. We have called the pizaa 73 to make sure its didn?t have onions... and mushrooms cause it was not showing up in the app. When we told them not to put mushrooms they were soo rude and ridiculoussaying they cannot change it or have an authority to change. That customer representative cant even adress the situationproperly. He cant even talk properly and was out of manners. The pizza was soo bad too. Ridiculous experience with pizza 73 Edmonton head office. I called them more then 10 times just to make a change in pizza that I... ordered through Uber eats. They don?t have any instructions about toppings and I?m allergic to mushrooms and I asked them ?can uplz transfer my call to the store or leave them a message that plz don?t add mushrooms in the order? no guy can contact anystore but can place a order from Edmonton? seriously? Almost every person sitting on the customer service don?t know how toserve customers. We paid nd got the order coz it was too late to cancel the order nd we just wasted our money. Critical: Professionalism. EMBARRASSING. Not only did the guy hang up, but when I called back and asked ?Hey why did you hang... up on me?? He decides to hang up again. Let me just clarify I was just trying to order a pizza, and I was NOT prank calling norbeing unclear in any way. All I was doing was ordering pizza for my friend Kip, and when I passed my friend the phone therepresentative hung up. I was polite, compliant, and I wasn?t playing any tricks or scams. In return I got treated like I?m notvalued in any way, and if I did that at my job I would have been fired on the spot. Embarrassing how they handled thissituation, absolutely embarrassing. For the most part, the food was great. We did take out and got BBQ Chicken pizza, curly fries and wings. The wings were... outstanding and left me wanting more! The fries were a little soggy, but understandable because we did take-out. The pizza wasdecent, however there was an overwhelming amount of BBQ sauce on the pizza that left us feeling "off". I'm sure their otherpizzas are great, just must have ordered the wrong one. Read more
First thing first. This is not a review of pizza 73 company. Rager it is for this specific franchise. Pizza and sides are as... usual what you expect from pizza 73 outlet. And the location is also great . But u order in store and wait there then don'tforget to bring ur noise cancelling headphones. The people working there are obnoxiously loud! Sounds like they r fightinginside the kitchen. Also the man inside is good for nothing. When i went inside he saw me but didn't even ask about my order.Kept on chatting with another male colleague, loudly! The woman came in front of the store and took my order. ???? I loved the food from Pizza 73. I'm a pizza lover and I really enjoyed their pizza and the French fries and boneless... chicken pieces. They delivered in 30 to 40 minutes. They made me so happy. Read more
Great deals, rare toppings available, great tasty pizza, friendly staff, would recommend
