Just got home from hrs on the road and thought we would treat ourselves to a Pizza Hut. When I opened the box the pizza was... mangled and in a big pile on the one side of the box. When I called they wanted to see the pizza, which was fine, but we werestarving and wanted to eat now. No compensation or sorry for that matter, had to wait another 45 mins for another pizza toarrive. Very disappointed. Read more
Asked for my 2L drink that they forgot when I received my order, called they said they?d fix it, they called me to confirm (I... was confused by the question and didn?t know what he was asking, so I just said yes. To be fair that was on me) looked outsideto see if anything was there nothing, called again and they said the driver said he did in fact deliver it, she suggested if itwas stolen, that?s impossible because I watched him give only the food no drink. Compared to other pizzahuts in Saskatoon I recommend this one. I had a great experience here and delicious pizza.
Our order was mixed up with someone else?s order - different pizzas. The lady on the phone was so nice, sympathetic and... patient. They sent out another order of pizzas - upsizing it for our troubles. Very good customer service thing to do! Irespectfully thanked her for asking her boss to do this for us. I dont know what the cooks were thinking. I ordered at midnight on a saturday and the pizza was raw. I dont mean like alittle... raw. I mean like barely cooked. The bottom crust was barely even golden and the other 90% of the pan crust was not cooked ATALL. Had to do the cooks job and put in oven for another 20 mins for it to even be edible. Disgusting! Ordered a regular pizza 2months ago and got a super thin crust. Called and got a credit for next purchase. Didn't call to order... until today to use it. Was told there was a month expire date and was unaware prior to first call. The lady who took the callkept arguing with me about a thin crust and saying they stretch it thin now. I am wondering why would they give you an optionwhen you order of regular, stuff, "thin". And said she cannot guarantee the delivery time as they dont have a driver and ask meto pick up. ???? Literally said it won't be until after lunch when it is already 11:55. ???? Terrible customer service. Askedher why she is arguing with me over thin crust. And I never order thin crust. First time ordering from here. I ordered online and it was easy to navigate through their resturant website. I ordered the Game... Night Meal. See photos of the two ???? ???? medium pizzas and Boneless Bites. Everything was fresh tasting, hot (intemperature), and the bite were the best I have ever had!!!! ???? ? ???? ? ???? perfect crust with not soo much cornmeal togive it that perfect flavor & crunch.
