If I could give this place -5 stars I would.. I ordered a pizza they said 20mins it will be at my place. 1 hour and 20 min ... passed I called and they said the driver called me and I didn?t answer which a had not receive any calls. They blamed me forgiving the wrong number? when they told me the number they had it was correct. The driver went back and won?t come back nocompensation and very very rude! Honestly, if I could give less then one star I would. They told us our delivery order was going to be here in 20 minutes. We... called after about an hour of waiting and the lady said their driver was on their way. An hour and 20 minutes later our order isnot here, we live 8 minutes away, when we called again to inform her our order wasn?t here, she said the driver is no longercoming and we need to pick up the order. When we asked for some sort of compensation for this the lady had informed us that themanger is saying we can not receive compensation for this huge inconvenience. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Iam a huge lover of swan pizza but this location is not the first time to disappoint me. Read more
I DO NOT recommend this place. Placed an order at 5pm for delivery. Didn?t get food until 6 34pm. Delivery driver didn?t even... ring the bell. Left the food on the front door. Just saw the driver driving by. It can take time which I get it when it getsbusy. However, my pizzas came cold. Reheating them right now in the oven. Still don?t understand why the driver didn?t buzz thebell?! Read more
Worst customer experience I had ever had just because of a price. They have a pick up special for a large for 11.95 but if you... get and extra large which is only two inches more they charge u like ten more dollars. Never go here. I have never been one tomake one of these but this experience has ruined my evening and I spent 25 bucks for a pizza that I won?t eat. Read more
Red Swan?s sesame crust is one of my favourites, so this review isn?t about their pizza overall, but about this particular... location. They got my order wrong, which isn?t a big deal in itself. The problem is that when I drove back to show them, theyrefused to accept responsibility or offer any solution, and even worse, they were unbelievably rude about it. They have great pizza and by far the best nachos in the entire city!! Very caring and nice staff too.
