Love the drinks here, but do not love Carol. Called their location, to ask a simple question on if they had a specific cup in... stock, and was responded with "you can come in and check". I will be going out of my way to avoid this location, as its not thefirst rude encounter I've had. Save yourself the stress and go further up the street to the other 8th street location. Read more
I was there today at 8:10am and ordered 2 drink. One was totally wrong, it was to be a soy iced vanilla latte. When I took it... back the Cashier argued with me. Did not offer another drink. I left unsatisfied, left the incorrect drink. The Cashier rude! Read more
This is my favourite Starbucks location. The staff is always super friendly, and even in a crazy rush, they stay calm and get... through the orders quickly. The Starbucks at Indigo is my go to as it's on my way to work, but more than that, I love the staff there. It makes my day when... I walk in and I'm greeted personally by name and everyone is so happy and welcoming. The attached picture was my experiencetoday. How cool is that. It was a fun start to the day. Just had a fantastic experience! Didn't get name of employee but she is working 9:50am today and I hope she sees this. ... Interactive, engaging, cheerful. Best way to start the day.
