I got a coupon from the previous owner of this location and although it is still valid, the new owners will not honour it as... they didn't give it out, even though there is nothing on the coupon stating a change in ownership renders it invalid. The ownersrefused to speak with me themselves, demonstrating how little they know about customer service. The employee they hid behindover the phone was sympathetic, however this new ownership is shameful. This is no way to run a business. Update- the previousowners reached out to me and went above and beyond to solve this issue. They went above and beyond and I am so gracious they didthat for me. Read more

Unfortunately I was unable to get their name, the employee working the closing shift on Saturday August 13th late one night was... a fantastic worker and very kind. I could tell he was stressed as the only employee there with multiple delivery orders andgroups of 3-4 people coming in, but he handled it very well and my food was amazing. This location has been my go-to Subway forover a year now and will continue to be, the employees are always well trained and the inside of the store is very nice. On aside note, I think having a second employee during Friday/Saturday nights closing shift would be beneficial, that way thereisn't one employee being bombarded and stressed with all the orders and closing by themselves. Ok-ish food, Still no montery jack cheese. Asked the lady making it for 1 quick line light on sause, and she went back and forth... four times with the sause. Had to ask her to scrape it off. Dont know why they think subs should only taste like whatever sausethey put on it. Read more

I really really really wish food handlers wore masks... Everytime they speak while preparing my food their spit and saliva is... sprayed directly over my sub.... This mask thing should be mandatory for all food handlers in the industry !?!! Read more

Very cheap on fixings.act like they have to pay. Nothing like Quiznos was.i wish they come back.and they dont spoke clear... English I've said before can't speak English or French you shouldn't be working front end.ive never been charge so much for acheap sub.never go back. Read more

***EDITED AS OF NOVEMBER 10TH 2020*** Asian lady working there is wonderful, did a good job and was very friendly, the white... lady working there appeared to be high, she dropped two sandwiches, couldnt cut the sandwich properly and tore it open with herhands, crushed the bread, slurred her words, seemed incapable of picking up vegetables, AND she mischarged for every item. Idont know what happened when they hired her, but she had some clear issues, I have had good experiences here in the past, andwould come back, but they need to adjust that employee immediately. Pictured is a sandwich made by the employee, its barelyedible because there is so much sauce on this. ***This location is perfectly fine now, i have had no problems since i wrotethis review*** Read more
