Waited 30 minutes for a tea biscuit toasted (ordered at 9:25). People who had ordered later than me were getting their food... first, and when I brought up the wait time after 25 minutes to the manager she brushed me off and said ?there?s lots of stickersto get through.? Come here before my 8am class (PHSI208, anyone?) for a drink. Service is pretty good and the ladies who work there are very... friendly! It gets busy and the lines get long once the day rolls on, but kind of expected in a university and by ahospital. Overall, it is a great place for a tea, but dont expect to sit inside as they removed the seating. Read more
The good thing about this place is working hours is longer than the other Tim Hortons inside campus so you can go and have some... coffee after 5 PM and also Saturdays they accept credit card and they have online ordering as well so you can order online andyou don?t need to wait in that long line. Good customer service but wish they do something about the express lane. Sometimes the express lane is opened even after the... said timing which is kind of misleading and people in that other lane are still being served. If they just follow the saidtimings it would be great. Read more
