Amazing staff! Ordered pizza from here yesterday at 7:00PM on the Friday of a long weekend when it was 30degrees. The point is,... it was nearing the end of what must have been a long, hot, and busy day and the guy at the till getting all the orders togetherwas one of the most happiest people have ever seen. He had the biggest smile that included every part of his face and carriedthe attitude and the body language to match! Just being in the same room as him made my day better. It was contagious. Servicewith a smile goes a long way and the staff here really solidifies that statement. The guys in the back are great as well!Friendly and helpful every time I stop by. Well done TJ?s. The pizza is great, when it arrives warm. Unfortunately this is my second experience of waiting over an hour for pizza and it... arriving cold. I have ordered from different locations and have had great experiences. The pizza was delivered on time andwarm. This review does not reflect the brand, it does however reflect on the Willowgrove location. I do not like to post anegative review but I do believe that when spending my money I should receive the same quality I would from any other TJ'slocation. Read more
