Not only did they get my order wrong, they got the two people ahead of me and one person that came inside from drive thrus... orders all wrong as well. I didn't customize anything on my order and yet I got the wrong drink, wrong size fries and mybaconator only came with one patty instead of two. I strongly recommend that if anybody is going to visit this location checkyour meals after receiving them cause it's most likely wrong Read more

It's been years since I patronized a Wendy's. I used to be quite a fan and was keen to sample this location since I was up that... way. The good news was the food hadn't changed at all. Still basic, but quite edible, fast food. The bad news was the service.A tree stump would have more personality and people skills than the young lady that served me. Sullen and mumbling and blamingthe world she has to work at a Wendy's. When the ridiculous new drink dispensers baffled me, the only staff member to give meany help was a chap who interrupted his lunch break in the dining area. It could be a good many years before I feel the need foranother visit to any Wendy's. Read more

Attn: Owner/Manager, I went through your drive-thu around 3pm on Tues Sept 20 2022 and was served by one of the rudest young... women I've ever encountered in retail. I asked for some ketchup when I got to the window and paid. No "Thank you." No "Have anice day." And no ketchup! So I went through again to get ketchup. Her again. Her worst mistake? Not even an attempt at anapology! Just a look on her face like I was her worst enemy. NOT impressed! And to the drive-through employee: No customers, nojob! Smarten up! Read more

Went today for Breakfast! Absolutely the BEST Fast Food Breakfast Sandwich ever! And the wedges are Fantastic! I want to say... How AMAZING Ahmed the young man that served us was! We were greeted by him with a Big smile! That is huge to us! We understandhow hard it is sometimes to work in food service, I spent 25 plus years in it! He was very personable and took great care ofus! When we thanked him for taking care of us and asked for his name and if there was a survey we could fill out to give him thecredit he deserved. His response was that was not necessary, that me just coming back in to say thank you ment more to himthen anything. As well he gave credit to the rest of his team! Wow! Such an impressive young man! While we were there we couldhear them working together and having fun! That's what we like to see and hear when we are in any restaurants or stores. Greatrestaurant and One Awesome Employee! So bad?This morning they made a big mistake. I bought 4 gift cards for my son?s teachers. Each one is 20. But there is one card... empty another one is 40. If I didn?t find the mistake?I couldn?t imagine what happen. The staff and manager didn?t say sorry tome. I have to complain that. Sent my partner to go through their drive thru for lunch ordered a bacon deluxe combo and a kids cheeseburger meal adding tomato... and lettuce onto the kids burger so my child had a little more nutrition rather than just Ketchup and cheese, got the food homeand opened it up to realize the whole order was messed up, no bacon on my BACON deluxe burger (it's literally in the name) andto top it off no lettuce or tomato added on to my sons burger. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food itseemed as if it was just carelessly put together. I called and they did give a gift card for this experience, but when I wentinto to pick it up the manager was quite rude with her body language asked for my name and had nothing to say no apologynothing. I've had bad experiences with this place in the past but this absolutely did it in for me. Read more

Food was hot and tasty and the lady behind the counter was friendly. The dining area was very clean but I had to ask to get the... tables wiped down. In our COVID culture places need to stay on top of sanitizing once guests leave. All in all, a good diningexperience non the less. Read more
