Horrible service. I always have a problem in this place. And it?s the only Burger King around me. They never get it right. This... time OCS with no mayo and almost no lettuce. What is the purpose then of this chicken sandwich. Why they don?t change theservice in this place? Food is now more expensive but the quality didn?t increase. Read more
Crossing my fingers and giving it 4 stars. I live right around the corner from here, so I REALLY want the owner to read this! ... I can not tell how many times I gone here in the past 2 years and been disappointed to down right shocked. Much like the otherreviewers, I been told for months the shake machine is broken, I?ve driven up on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon to find thedrive thru closed, I tried to walk in on a weekday evening at 6:30, only to find all the lights on but the doors locked. So,tonight (6/17 @ 9:45 pm) I was heading home, hadn?t really eaten a meal all day and I thought, maybe it will be open. (It isthe only choice for fast food for me without having to go down to Eau Gallie or up to Sat. Beach). So I pulled in thedrive-through, hoping. A VOICE, a very nice voice, asked what I would like to order. I was so happy and surprised! They wereactually open!!! and a very nice, pleasant, capable sounding employee took my order, yay! The employee in the drive-throughthat took my order is getting five ??, she was amazing I hope she continues to work there and make this place better than itever has been and I hope they?re paying her because she is totally worth it. The fact that the restaurant was actually open andshe was there is a reason I?m giving it for stars. I know all that could change tomorrow but I?m just hoping that it doesn?t. Read more

This location is horrible, on two different occasions I arrived around 11:30 PM and another time around 11:45 PM to order some... takeout food, you can see that the employees are inside and they are clearly ignoring the fact that they have customers, eventhough they do not close until midnight. They shut down the restaurant based upon their needs and do not operate the locationlike it should be, extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time on two different occasions. Read more
Talking trash when everyone can hear you! This employee was speaking loudly telling other employees he hates the way we order... and continued to insult us. Very rude! When confronting him he wants to bark and play victim. Even the manager told him to bequiet but that wasn?t enough to stop his mouth from moving. Just to clarify I asked for light sauce, extra jalapeños and askedto have my sandwich cut in half. Not a hard task especially for the person not making the sandwich. Best burger in Brevard. The buns are fresh, huge and delicious. So as the meat and vegies. Order the 2 for $10 meal that comes... with chips and drinks. So good. It's filling and yummy. Nice clean place and very friendly staff I felt like a king. Read more
