I love your food, but I was rather disappointed with my last to go order. You guys do realize that the word ?rellano? in... Spanish means stuffed, right? I ordered a chile rellano and was dismayed that I just got a plain breaded poblano. It wascovered in cheese, which was nice, but it?s not a true chile rellano. I ordered takeout, while waiting they gave me chips and salsa and water. I was really hungry and practically filled up on just... chips????. My crunchy tacos with shredded beef were great as was the rice and refried beans. Thanks for a tasty lunch guys! Read more
I don't know if this restaurant recently changed hands. But, for years it was my favorite place to eat on my yearly vacation.... Not anymore! We were a table of 9. Almost every order was wrong! The waitress brought the food out, knowing it wasn't asordered. Then asked if "we were sure we wanted them to re make it." Every single person was disappointed in the taste of theirfood. My niece ordered a beef taco off the kids menu for $5. And when we got the bill they charged us an extra fee of $2 for thebeef!! And absolutely refused to remove it! So be aware the kids taco is apparently empty!! Unless you pay $2 for a meat! (Thisis not mentioned on the menu!) We told the owner that over this $2 fee he will be losing a large group of people who made hisestablishment a yearly tradition. And he just walked away!!! I visited 3 times during my beach week. The building is old and not fancy but ignore that because the food and service are... outstanding! A perk is that prices are great so great food, great service and great price! I'll go back every chance I get! Read more
One of the worst restaurant experiences I?ve ever had. Was forced to return my order because the chicken tacos tasted awful.... When I called to say the food was not edible, I was hung up on, then after going and getting a refund the owner asked what waswrong with the food, and I(very politely) said the tacos tasted bad. The owner then responds with ?taste is subjective?!!! Nowupset I said ?subjective? I don?t think so S**T tastes like S**T? I then asked him to try one of the(UNOPENED&UNTOUCHED) tacosand he nervously said ?I?ll try it later?!???????? I honestly hated that I had to return the food because I was very hungry,then after Being treated awfully decided I?d never eat there again! Which kinda sucks because it?s literally less then one blockfrom me! And the craziest part is that my best friend and his wife had an almost identical situation there! Food was fine but not hot. My chicken burrito was dry. We were first in for the day so maybe it was yesterday's meat.
This is a really nice Restaurant, and bar. I love the food, never disappointed. The Tacos are the best I ever had in my life:... I'm a fat man, trust me. I had the tacos with pork .... sorry I was thinking about them again. I took a bite, and WOW! THISPLACE IS FAT MAN CERTIFIED! Read more
Not bad at all. The only reasons I didn?t give 5 stars was for comfort and price. It?s a little on the spendy side and wasn?t... really comfortable seating. Otherwise it was all great. Food was delicious, staff was really nice. Would def go again andwould def recommend to others. Read more
