Went through the drive through but Shelly took care of our order and got it perfect! I think she said Megan and John made our... food (we're a little tired, just drove 18 hours to get here) but I hope I got the names right because our food was delicious!!Perfectly made, came out fast and Shelly was a delight at the drive through! I stopped here omw home from a long shift. The staff held me captive in the drive through for 30 minutes while they fulfilled... Grub Hub orders. The manager completely ignored the fact that drive through orders cannot exit the line! Read more
this place is the most crappiest taco bell i?ve been to , every single time i go. i have to go back because they mess up half of... my food. if it wasn?t teenagers goofing around , and if there manager wasn?t a teenager , maybe the food would go out properlyand i wouldn?t have to waste my money on nasty a** food in the end. i hope this actually gets reviewed and that the corporationof taco bell understands they are going downhill. I hope my chips weren't intentionally damaged by some sinister food prepper! I ordered two 5-layer burritosand they barely had any meat, cheese, and veggies! I literally tore half of the soft tortilla away. Save your time and money andBOYCOTT this location! Their employees are DOLTS, lack work ethic, and I'm unsure if they are intentionally sabotaging menuitems! Don't want to play Russian roulette with my food. Avoid this location at all costs!! Good place to get something. Nice and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Enjoy the beach across the street.
Worst taco bell experience i've ever had and I've had some really bad ones before. I'm a man of patience and even i got annoyed... and angry with there service. I waited in line a lot longer then I needed to with only one person in front of me. when I finallyget to the front I ask for a delux cravings box. the lady kept asking me a bunch of questions about it and I just kept replyingi want it how it comes. eventually she charges me for the D cravings box and as I'm waiting for it someone tells me they don'thave it. so the manager comes back and tells me he can give me a cravings box instead which was $3 cheaper so I say no becausewhat I was ordering had much more items. he gets annoyed with me and then says okay I'll give you a refund. I waited about 10minutes for him to give me a refund because he was trying to help four other customers with issues not including me. I canguarantee you the 5 people in that store in that moment will never come back there again. Read more
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. After placing my order online, I went inside to wait a bit not knowing the... staff would have me wait half an hour. Got the food went home checked the items. To my disbelief the food was thrown in sloppymade some items had missing ingredients. The nastiest & slowest fast food experience. $25 dollars and over a half-hour later didnot retain me as a customer. Read more
This taco bell has historically for me, had poor accuracy in completing my orders. Today, I ordered a grilled cheese burrito... with chicken, instead of beef for someone intolerant of beef. Chicken instead of beef was repeated back to me by the girlworking drive through. Only two items were ordered this visit. Of course being a drive through order, this discovery wasn't madeuntil I arrived at home. Shame on the negligence continuously displayed at this location. Read more
