I am a local and only come here once or twice a month in the summer. Run by teenagers. No customer service skills. Dirty. Always... garbage outside overflowing and on the ground. Flies everywhere. Employees don?t even wear uniforms. Employees don?t make subsproperly. It?s always been bad but this year it?s extremely terrible. No sign of management ever. The no uniforms was my finalstraw, the kids were in short shorts and sunglasses on their head. I regret ordering a sub, I should have walked out. I?m nevergoing back. Read more
Dont eat here, many better places to eat in Sauble Beach. Poor customer service. Male employee was rude. A mistake was made... making my sub. Employee laid 100% blame on me and offered nothing to make it right. Not even a apology. Bread is not fullybaked. Bottom of bun is raw. Read more
I came here today for lunch. I ordered a sub and i found onions were rotten. I talked with a old lady who made my sub about this... issue. She was rude and also said to me that i make an another sub for free, while i already paid for my order. Worseexperience. Read more
Pretty okay. It was disappointing that they neither had a veggie patty nor the falafel, which is now available across so many... subways. Especially the veggie patty is the bare minimum they can keep but I guess they chose to live in the 1800s. With hugecrowd almost everywhere else, we just went for veggie delight - all veggies and selected sauces. The sandwich was good. Thestaff was okay - wasn't really pleasant experience as they seemed to have stressed out with so much crowd or some other reasonwhich I'm not sure. Read more
Review is based off of multiple trips, have been here multiple times the food is fine once you get it but easily the slowest... Subway in Grey Bruce; not slow from the customer flow, slow because they'll have one slow unmovtivated worker at a time, even iftheres one or two people infront of it'll take 10 minutes before they get to you. I absolutely love the sandwiches, but I am always amazed by the size of the sandwich that I eventually buy. If I made a sandwich... this big at home, my wife would have me committed. An entire loaf of bread, topped by three packs of cold cuts and half aproduce section. That?s just crazy. Read more
Worst experience. 3 kids running the place not one could even be bothered to come out the front and watch for customers. All 3... were in the back laughing talking. Didn't know how to make a sandwich the bread wasnt fully cooked the place was dirty garbagesoverflowing. Its not like they were busy. No other customer in the store.
