My trip to Sauble isn't complete without multiple visits to The Wellness Refinery. This time I had a smoothie bowl,... tumeric-hummus toast, a raspberry square and some delicious coffee - bought the beans too. The staff are not simply slappingfood together with basic ingredients. They are obviously putting effort into their meals and it shows. The dishes are pricey,but worth it. Some folks think the coffee is too expensive, but 3.5 for a fabulous bean is on point. The staff were allincredibly friendly and immediately brought out some water for our pup when we sat down in their beautiful backyard patio. Ihighly recommend this place and wish they were closer to Kitchener - there is no cafe in KW of this caliber. Thanks WR. Read more

Visited in July. Amazing high quality and delicious food, the kindest staff, lovely decor and great options for outdoor seating.... You can tell that so much care is put into every detail. There are lots of great items in the boutique so you can browse andshop while visiting!! Also they have the best coffee this side of Rome! While staying in Sauble Beach decided to visit the Wellness Refinery and ordered a Chai Vanilla smoothie. It was delicious and... love the option to add various types of protein. The shop kept me interested to look at the various items on display as mysmoothie was being made and appreciated the calming and peaceful atmosphere. Very cozy inside or sitting outside. The ladies who owned the cafe/worked there, were super sweet and friendly. There was a bit of wait for the food but they'd... mentioned to us that they haven't had that much service, so they were surprised themselves. I'm not surprised though, the foodwas really good and fresh. My friends who ordered the smoothie bowls said they were very delicious and super pretty. Nice place for modern baked goods, smoothies, coffee and sandwiches. The menu in the store is not very descriptive and you have... to read it on your mobile to know what is in each item.
