Myself and a group of girls were out for a girls weekend and one of the girls was raving about this place so we decided to check... it out. Upon arriving I asked the hostess if she was able to accommodate a group of 11, meaning seat us all at the same table. She said yes, but maybe I wasn't clear enough because we were split between a booth (7) and a table (4). Not a big deal, we wentwith the flow. However, when it came time for the service portion of our visit I can confidently say this was the worst we haveever experienced. seven of us at the table waited and waited for our server to greet our table and take our drink orders. Onceshe finally came we looked over at the booth behind us where the 4 other girls were dining and saw that they already had theirdrinks and appetizers. I simply asked if this establishment could make a pomegranate martini and was surprised at the serversresponse of I am not sure, well, I am just going to say no, what else do you want? The gal next to me was pregnant and askedwhat the NA options were, the server again could not answer a single response besides giving her a nasty look and saying justorder something. Before everyone could even place their drink orders she rushed off. We waited some more and eventually wereable to flag her down to put in our appetizer orders and the rest of the drink orders. By then the rest of the girls in thebooth behind us were getting their salads. Eventually our appetizers came out while we were still waiting on our drinks when wehad to flag out server down again to take our food orders. Meanwhile, we watched out server cater heavily to the tables aroundus of middle aged couples. whenever she would walk past our table she would lower her gaze and rush by. I had to flag down 2other servers that were standing close and ask them to bus our table for us so that there would be room for our entrees. Oncethe food came it was obvious it had been sitting for a while before it had reached out table so it wa Read more

I can say positive about being seated immediately and our server was excellent. But as far as the food. Completely disappointed... for a bill totaling $100 (including tip). We had to request more sauce for my son's spaghetti -it was a big expensive bowl ofnoodles with no sauce, my other son ordered a spicy shrimp pasta that tasted so fishy that he forced himself to eat it. I triedit myself and agreed. Mine was alright but I cannot say I would ever order it again. It needed more flavor so I kept adding theparmesean cheese on the table and finally salt because it was so underflavored. I usually try to not to give negative reviewsbut I looked at what we received -3 big bowl of noodles with no flavor or fishy. I could of made a meal at home for under $30dollars that tasted better then this. I will not never go back. Read more

We went here at the last minute after trying to go to another Italian spot in South Haven. I’m really glad we ended up here!... The restaurant is really big so there was a lot of room to seat people- we didn’t have to wait when we arrived around 7:30.Jared was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Portions are slightly on the small side for the price, but the food tastesamazing! Great place for a special occasion! Read more

A group of us tried Marro's for the first time last night. We were blown away by how quaint our experience was. The staff was... friendly and warm. The restaurant was very clean and cosy. We got a table right away on a busy Saturday night. The food wasexcellent. Our waiter was wonderful. I will definitely go back very soon. It's worth the drive up from Indiana. Read more

We wanted pizza and this was the place we chose but when we saw the menu, it was hard to stick with the pizzas. The ambiance... was perfect for an Italian restaurant and there were so many choices. The garlic knots are not what you would expect but getthem!!! They are worth it! The salad was great and the mojitos were out of this world. We had a wonderful waitress, Markie, who just made the dinner even more fun. And to top it off, they had live piano music. Seems like a high end restaurant but youdon't have to dress up. Read more

Marros is almost always on point. Vary vary rarely over the course of the 40 years or ordering here have I had a bad pie and if... it was off the owners are great at accommodation for it. Its definitely in the top 5 pizzas in the state that my wife and I haveeaten. A medium house special along with a large pepperoni with the garlic rolls is sure to please your family. Rarely aleftover and if their is it's a debate whether it's just as good cold the next am for breakfast. Read more

Took my wife here on a date night. A short wait to be seated, but the wait was well worth it! Drinks were delicious and the... food was prepared very well. Staff seemed very busy, but service was still great. The Fettuccine and Chicken Parm were ourchoices tonight, but will hopefully be back soon to try more! Read more
