Our dinner was excellent, worthy of the 20+ minutes wait on a Tuesday night. My partner had a chicken & shrimp gumbo soup and... fried perch sandwich, I had Cobb salad with grilled chicken breast and roasted garlic balsamic dressing. It was one of the bestCobb salad I ever had. The chicken was grilled to perfection, tender and juicy. Chicken breast and salmon are two things thatshow a chef's calibre.
