The breakfast was served piping hot with loads of flavors. The decor is warm and inviting. Sit at the window to people watch.

This place has exactly the vibe and menu I'm usually looking for. Pretty casual, but nice cocktails and simple but elevated... American-fare (pork belly BLT!). I got the fried chicken sandwich with a side salad and it was pretty decent. The chicken wasmoist and crispy and there was a vinegar + aioli thing happening that was awesome. But the sandwich really suffered from a blandand kinda dry bun. I'll give a full 5 stars because I know these things matter more than they should and I don't want to hurt asmall business in a tough economy. I'm pretty excited to come back again and try some of the other dishes and I'm hoping the bunsituation was just due to an overcooked batch or something. Read more

The food was amazing. Super friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend trying this place. We had lentil soup,... fried Brussels sprouts, hangar steak and the duck. For dessert we had the apple crisp and bread pudding. Everything was sodelicious. Truly enjoyed our visit Read more

I'm from Brooklyn, so a good breakfast sandwich is easy to find. This place...has perhaps one of the best breakfast sandwiches... I've ever had in my entire life. No exaggeration. An obvious labor of love. Get the brioche, it's unbelievable. I wish I knew aplace near me with anything approaching this quality. Very nice staff and atmosphere, blah blah. 6 stars out of 5. Mushroom soup was top notch. Homemade parpadelle had nice red pepper kick. Cocktails were pleasant surprise, simple but... balanced sweet, citrus and alcohol. Forgot to take pic of desserts but choco and bread pudding were good way to end the meal. Read more

This place is an absolute gem! The menu stood out among a down town full of very same-y (or expensive AF) looking menus. Every... dish we tried was awesome, especially the Brussel sprouts and the creamed feta served with the fried olives (something I'venever seen before but was pleasantly surprised by). We also had a delicious pork belly special and solid mac and cheese. Theyalso had a brand of soda, Maine Root, on tap I've never seen before that was absolutely incredible - rich complex cola (splashof lemon really brought it to another level) and deep not too sweet or spicy ginger flavors. Service was good, pricesreasonable, food definitely exceeded expectations. I only wish this place was located closer to NYC so I could visit more often!I can't recommend Miss Lucy's Kitchen enough and sugges checking it out if you're hungry and anywhere near it ????
