This is bar none the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. For three times now, we have ordered food for take out well within the... stores listed operating hours, yet each time we arrive, the doors are locked and there?s a little paper sign on the door thatsays they?re closed and you?ll have to call customer service. As we sit there, calling customer service again and again, carafter car pulls up and goes through the same process. As we sit there, calling customer service, we watch the employees meanderaround the store, pulling down shades and refusing to unlock the doors. The store is supposed to close at 10PM. We have come at8, 9, hardly before 10PM, and have not been able to get our food that we PAID for. What?s more, we have also ordered deliverymultiple times, and despite very clearly writing our address in the delivery instructions, they CONSISTENTLY deliver the food toan entirely different town. We live down the street at a well known apartment complex, but they drive the food 15 minutes awayto a neighboring town. Disgusting mess of a location. Read more
Had to lower my review. I was disappointed. I always get lettuce on my Burrito and was disappointed that it was mostly all... PEPPERS? Since when did lettuce have huge chunks or peppers. I love spicy food but can't stand giant chunks of peppers. Nexttime I will just skip the lettuce I guess. Read more
If I could give zero star that would be even better. I ordered food and what I got was trash. Nothing was prepped fresh and the... chips were old and stale. We went here for dinner around 9:00 . And there was a few people inside. When I got inside and ordered my food it was messy. I... was surprised to see that there was food scattered around the trays. I try to order a quesadilla they told me that in order toget a quesadilla I would have had to order it online. So at that point the only thing I could order was a bowl and a taco. Thecashier didn't bother to even place my food in the bag it was just thrown in there. So I had to fix it when I got to thecar. The food was decent and it had nice flavor. But do yourself a favor if you are going at night ; order online and just pickit up. Read more
I just bought this, and this is what my guacamole looks like? That?s really gross and unacceptable. And it?s definitely not... cheap either. I know guac will get a little brown color to it when it sits out, but I just bought it and it doesn?t look normal. Read more
Worst place I?ve ever been. Is the manager going to this place? Once we walked in we saw trash piled up everywhere. They didn?t... accept cash but only cards. The food as almost over and with only a few options. They close at 10pm and we went around 8pm andeverything was looking like left overs. The food was cold, the servers were not looking motivated to attend. Once we got thefood, served on no tray, only on a aluminum paper, we barely found a table decently apparently clean for us to eat withouttouching on other peoples crumbs. Super gross! I'm sure chipotle does not care at all about this review, but consumers beware! First off, the location itself was... disgusting. Food and junk all over the work stations, peoples trash all over the space to get your drinks. There was trashoverflowing in the barrels and there were no utensils to get for to-go orders. The soda machine was caked in syrup residue fromthe machine and looked like it's never been cleaned. The food was just as bad as the restaurant. Extremely messy and poorlysupervised. The orders were missing ingredients and everything was ICE COLD! Seeing everything should be temperature controlledthat's a scary thought. And just to be clear, the order was not ready when I went in, so it should not have been that cold.Gross. Read more
