Drink was good, young man at window was friendly but ended up charging my DD app twice. Took a free drink off and charged me.
This used to be my everyday breakfast stop on the way to work. Recently, the food they served are not up to the mark. I didn't... mind much because it was still edible for the price I pay. Yesterday, I purchased a bagel as usual on my way. First of all, theperson who applied the spread cheese had messed up all over the outer wrapper and the napkins. I think the person who wrapped ithad cream cheese sticking all over his hands. On arriving at my work place, I took the bagel out of the cover and it smellsawfully burnt. The outside edges of the bagel was charred and breaking down to black powders. The seasoning on the bagel werealso burnt and falling off. I tried taking a bite and it tasted so burnt and bitter that it was not edible. Even two halves ofthe bagel were so different that they didn't not fit perfectly (the top half was larger in diameter than the bottom half). I amnot sure if the working crew has changed, but I can see that the quality of food has gone down to the drain. This needs to beaddressed and changed asap. Read more
