Night shift crew are not friendly. They give you attitude when taking your order making you feel unwelcome. Wow. This place was a maelstrom the day I went. I ordered what was obviously the last sourdough breakfast sandwich as it... disappeared of the menu after my order. No sales ticket or receipt was offered and you stand there until they announce whateveris in the bag. Seems like a good opportunity to mix up orders. Was in line at the drive-thru for 20 mins. It is setup where two lanes funnel into one. The lane I was in would say, ?hello... welcome Dunkin??? then switch to the other lanes speaker. It malfunctioned twice in a row. I figured I would order at the windowinstead of being skipped, as most restaurants have you order there when the speaker isn?t working. When I get up there, I?m toldI can?t order at the window and have to wait in line again by a worker and manager. The manager said ?corporates here, I can?tdo anything for you?. There was no sign at the speaker. I?ve been coming here for 14+ years. Horrible customer service andeither malfunctioning equipment or workers that don?t know how to use the headphones properly. Despite it's unfortunate location (next to the Essex Street off ramp onto Route 1N), this is still my favorite Dunks near my... home. They always make my coffee perfectly, the drive through goes pretty quickly, and the staff at the pickup window are alwaysfriendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!!! Read more
Wednesday November 3, 2021 1:50pm I used to love this location but now it's a hit or miss...sometimes I get a great coffee and... sometimes I don't...lately I don't. I get an iced cappuccino...its supposed to be put in the blender so the ice is crushed. Ijust pulled over after leaving the drive-thru to write this review...I didn't want to write this but my iced cappuccino has beenwrong too many times. I asked the girl at the window to put my iced cappuccino in the blender and she argued with me that itwas....clearly it wasn't because the ice isn't crushed. She didn't blend it for me. Pretty sad that your employee is arguingwith a customer. I'm paying almost $5 for a large iced cappuccino...I want it made the way its SUPPOSED to be made.. I'm notasking for anything special...just the way it's supposed to be. Isn't everyone trained the same way on how to make all thedifferent coffee and espresso drinks on your menu? ?? I believe it's the worst Dunkin' Donuts in MA, I love Dunkin' Donuts, but this place has terrible service, the order never comes... right, the driver is really slow. Today again I went to get my coffee and again it came wrong, and I had nothing to eat andthis was 4:30pm on a Sunday. And the rude young attendant. I live nearby and sometimes I forget that they're not terrible andI stop to get my coffee there and it's always a disappointment, but on other occasions wow it's wonderful. Read more
