Poor service, items were out of stock in the store and not updated on the app and was available on app to purchase. They were... unapologetic and had no solution to offer. Used to be a great store but not anymore. They haven't gotten my order right once this week. Today I ordered a signature mocha... latte on the app the sticker said signature mocha latte and they made me matcha. Also there is a teenage couple that hangoutthere all day everyday. They barely ever actually have a dunkin product and they have their devices charging all over the store,talking on speaker phone all the time. Today the guy had his pet RAT with him. I have nothing against pet rats but it's a badlook having what looks like a homeless couple with their pet rat hanging around all the time. Read more
