This crew works their butts off from open till close multi tasking store and mobile apps. They are the only dunks that makes an... iced caramel craze on point. Everyone is so friendly and such a team effort. They get extremely busy at times but if your humanhave a little patience I have a severely autistic child patience is my middle name and so waiting somedays when their is a rushI just appreciate that these folks showed up and are doing their best. Food is OK and usually the people they are working there are great.. Today though, the woman cooking brought up an order but... only said part of the number number. I then proceeded to ask her which order it was and she says I can't hear you.. You wouldbelieve that she would try to make an attempt to hear me but instead of that she continued to do what she was doing and ignoredme. Read more
Let me draw my day for you. Rainy day, Its hot and Im parched. I stop by at this dunkin donut. Line is long, and the crew is... working fast to get the drinks going. I had to choose wether to stay in the store and stay dry or go through the drive through,I decided to stay in. I really wanted the Pumpkin spice, but couldn't think exactly latte, coffee or cold brew. I had to goagainst my gut and I took a macha latte with red bubbles. The drink was cold and refreshing, along my avocado toast. Didn'tenjoy the avocado but the seasoning and the company around made it worth it. They always leave a gap at the top. I got coolattas three times during summer last year but they left a gap everytime, I stopped... going after that. Went today thinking/hoping they have learned how to fill a cup, but I left disappointed. And the baristas arefull of attitude, they are rude to customers but friendly to each other. It's like customers are interrupting their superserious conversations. Not going back ever again! Read more
I live really close to this Dunkin Donuts so I've been there a decent amount. All of Me experiences were decent too good so I... have no complaints. I do wish and this goes for all Dunkin Donuts and not just the select location that they would add somevegan and vegetarian options to their menu to appeal to more customers. It's in the company's best interest as this is a growingphenomenon whether they like to admit it or not. With that said I think overall the staff here has helped me and been very kindand cheerful overall at this select location. So if you're in the area and you want some Dunkin I would recommend it. Food is usually ok, probably 50%of the time, its depending on who's working. Service is usually great. A few nights a week some... of the workers are terrible. Friday nights the Girls are great. Atmosphere is usually decent, most of the employees are great.There's only 1-2 who arent... Wish they would teach all the managers how to help with the dunkin app/ rewards... no one knowsanything...
