Very quick service. Faster than Starbucks up the road
Half the time you can't get a muffin at 10:30 in the morning or their out of donuts. If your lucky you can get a decaf iced... after 3:00 but I doubt it. Workers can be rude. Read more

Something or the other is always wrong. I live close by so I was a frequent but no more. First of all, the coffees aren?t... standard. An iced caramel macchiato always tastes different, too dark, too sweet blah blah. How come? Food is messed up. Theyeither forget half of it, or take way too long to serve stale sandwiches. They never have coolata syrups. Cream cheese is neverapplied on the bagel. Toast is either over toasted or soggy and barely done. Employees are unfriendly. Overall just always a badexperience. Worst coffee ever paid for so far 70% cream 30 % coffee
You guys need to hire some more competent people who can speak a secondary language. We all have patience and can understand up... to a certain point, but when I have to repeat my order more than twice than there?s a possible issue, that maybe, the person atthe window should get more experience in understanding English. Moral of the story, I repeated myself more than once and myorder still came out wrong. They ADDED something into my coffee that I never asked for. Waste of money and time. I go in there for breakfast and the ladys are so mean and rush my order. I pay for a bagel with cream cheese and they forget my... cream cheese everytime, i am so mad .
