All I did was ask a question. The attitude I received absolutely baffled me. As someone who worked in customer service for... years, even if you are having a bad day, you don't take it out on the customers. The young girl working the front either needsmore training or a attitude adjustment. I'm leaning towards the second one. What a joke. Read more
