We have amazing pizza with homemade crust & excellent service!!!
The two light haired women working the front counter on Saturday, June 18th at 12:15 were so rude, I couldn't believe it. They... were yelling at us to pay for our pizza before we got it (we called ahead for pick up) The dark haired women working in thekitchen was nice and there was something wrong with the printer and the two women in the front check out kept screaming towardsthe kitchen for the pizza receipt. There was nobody else in line waiting, and the printer wasn't working. The front 2 yelled atus 4 times for it. We can't give them a receipt that isn't printing!? I got the pizza and some pepper flakes & cheese and putthem in a bag. We paid at the counter and I walked out and then the two cashiers were yelling that I took too many condimentsand they were not free. Sorry I assumed pepper flakes and parmesan cheese would be included in a pizza. On top of that she rangup the wrong pizza so we were over charged by that AND an extra $4 for "all the sauces" I took. The store was very clean andthe lady in the kitchen was wonderful. The front two were horrendous. Read more
DO NOT order delivery!!! Or expect it to be at least 45 minutes beyond the "expected" delivery time. Not impressed...
It?s definitely not the cleanest and friendliest convenience store in Sauk. But it?s probably not the worst one. The pumps... always look like they have been tampered with so I wouldn?t pay at the pump unless I would absolutely "NEED? to. It has beenmentioned it to the clerks before but they don?t seem to care. worst casey's taco pizza i have ever seen... ordered a taco pizza delivery, barely had any chips on it and all the lettuce was... soggy and black.. looked like slugs or something. called and told them about it and they assured me that it couldn't be possiblebecause they used a new head of lettuce and couldn't do anything for me. Usually a good experience with simple walk in no conversation purchases. However consistently rude experiences with ordering... pizzas. Delivery drivers are awesome. But I will be ordering elsewhere and encouraging others to do so as well. Any place thatthinks they can afford to talk down to their customers can obviously afford to not have my buisness. Read more
It is great for us. This is not an Ad for Hy-vee just a report. :). We travel up here to visit family and our Hy-vee fuel... saver card works all the way up here. Just filled up using our reward card and paid 73 cents a gallon. Read more
