Not bad, a bit pricey and a longer then average wait time at the drive through but I'll be back ????????
The hardees in sauk centre mn, lobby closes at 4 but dont expect prompt service if you walk in at 3:42pm. There was no one at... the counter and an employee, must have been off the clock sitting at a table was kind enough to inform us the lobby closes in 17minutes. We didnt get a receipt for our order, 5 piece tender meal, 12.68, a frisco burger and a medium pop, so that means mysandwich and pop came to 12 something as well, because our total was 24 something. The fries were cold and stale, totallydisgusting, the tenders were not fresh as my son was able to eat them immediately, instead of having to wait a bit for them tocool. Very disappointed in the quality of food, the service , I wont complain to much about because its hard to find people whowant to work. Definitely wont go back after this trip, was very disappointing. We ordered through the app before we got there. We arrived and realized the lobby was closed. We were driving home from a... camping trip so we had our big camper that wouldn?t fit through the drive thru. We called them and explained. They said noproblem we?ll bring it out to you! I waited for over 1/2 an hour to get my food with only 2 cars in front of me. If I knew it was going to take that long I never... would have ordered in the first place. Completely unacceptable, Would not recommended. Read more
The big Hardee burger was greasier than greasy. It soaked thru its wrapper ond onto the napkins. The fries were reheated old... fries. Not pleased at all. It would be impossible to even try to rate the quality of food. But then again I had to rate with onestar just to get this to post. Read more
I stopped here tonight to buy supper for my family. They were super busy with a large line around the building but they were... still very friendly and pretty quick too for how busy they were. Through all this they missed a sandwich in my order and I hadto go back and get it. Not a big deal as mistakes happen and they were super busy. Ive worked in the food industry, I get it.The manager, Shane was super polite with his apology and got me the sandwich that was missing along with throwing some cookiesin for the inconvenience. I love Hardee's and this place is a poor representation of the franchise. They get your order wrong when you order it online so... already did half their job. The wait was way too long for two people in line. I will not be going to this one again. Read more
