I will never go back there it was awful ..first of all we took are granddaughters there fir breakfast before they had to take a... 6 hour drive home .first of all it took one hour 55 mins to get are food then to top it all off when we finally got are food itwas cold and very disapointed my eggs were raw pancakes were cold had to ask for silverwere we never got any .the granddaughterswere upset and hungry.then what upset me the most is that people who just came in and got seated 10 mins later they got therefood and we were still waiting.i will never go back to such an awful place to eat ...no wonder people were walking out... Worst service ever. Drive thru and phone orders are more important then customers standing right in front of them.

i?m slightly upset. i went to order my sub. i told the girl working i just wanted the meat heated. she put the meat on the sub... and moved it to the veggies area. i asked her if she was going to heat it. she said she wasn?t sure how i wanted it? then i toldher to just toast it since the meat was on there already. there was a man training. i was patient as i told him what i wanted onmy sub. i did not get the sauces i asked for because some were out and neither girls were willing to show him where they were,so he guessed. which i do not blame him, i blame the girl standing at the register training him. she did not step in once toshow him the right way to do things besides tell him once when to change his gloves. you could tell he was having a rough timeand neither one would help him. all i ask is that you work on who is training your new employees. I started ordering at the drive through and as I was in the middle of placing my order they turned off the screen. I hit the... help button and I told them what happened and I got an ?uh there is only two people working and we?re busy? then they justturned off the communication. Bro I understand it being busy but you don?t just turn some one away when they?re in the middle ofordering. Super rude, I?ve been I. I made two stops at Subway in Sauk Centre on November 1 and November 3 while in a rush to get to a volleyball game in Little... Falls. Both times I was very pleased with the service at Subway and was extremely happy with the sandwiches they made. Hats offto their staff and their ability to put out a great product under pressure even at peak time! Read more
